1. General Provisions
Scope: These terms apply to all users of the FocusForge platform, including registered course participants and site guests.
Acceptance of Terms: By using the FocusForge platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to change the terms and notify users of updates. We recommend that you periodically check the Terms of Use to familiarize yourself with the current version in a timely manner.

2. Registration and Account Creation
Account Creation: To access FocusForge programs, users must register with a valid name and email. The user is responsible for the safety of their account information and undertakes not to share it with third parties.
Data Accuracy: The user undertakes to provide accurate and current data upon registration and to keep it up to date. FocusForge is not responsible for errors in the provision of services caused by incorrect information on the part of the user.
3. Payment for programs and refund policy
Program prices: The price of each program is indicated on the description page and may vary depending on the content and duration. FocusForge reserves the right to change prices, but changes will not affect programs that have already been paid for.
Payment: Payment is made through secure payment systems. FocusForge does not store or process bank card data; all payment transactions are processed through our payment partners.
Payment confirmation: After successful payment, the user gains access to the program. In case of technical problems with payment or activation of the program, the user can contact support.
Refund policy: Refunds are possible within 14 days from the date of payment, if the user has not yet started training (for example, less than 10% of the materials have been viewed). If the program has already begun, no refund is provided. In some cases, a refund may be considered individually.
4. Access to programs and rules for using content
Duration of access: After payment, the user gains access to the program materials for the period indicated on the program page. Access is usually provided for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Content Use License: All materials available on the FocusForge platform are intended for personal use only. The user has no right to copy, distribute, sell or publish program materials, or provide access to them to third parties.
Program Updates: FocusForge may update and improve program materials by adding new content, changing the structure and fixing errors. Users registered for the program receive access to updates for the duration of their access at no additional cost.
5. FocusForge Responsibility
Quality of Services: FocusForge strives to provide quality educational materials and services. We make every effort to ensure stable access to programs, but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions due to technical work or unexpected failures.
Limitation of Liability: FocusForge is not responsible for the learning results, since success depends on the efforts and level of involvement of the user. The platform also does not guarantee that completing the programs will provide specific results in the professional or personal sphere.
Data Privacy: We are committed to storing and processing users' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. User Responsibilities
Responsible Use: The user agrees to use the platform solely for personal learning and to comply with all rules of conduct set forth by FocusForge.
Prohibited Activities: The user is prohibited from:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to FocusForge systems;
Copying or distributing program materials;
Using the platform to publish offensive, illegal, or unethical content.
Respectful Communication: The user agrees to maintain respectful communication with FocusForge instructors, other students, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, and unethical behavior will not be tolerated.
7. Certificates and Program Completion Verification
Certificate Requirements: Upon completion of a program and successful completion of all program requirements, the user may receive a FocusForge certificate. Depending on the program, this may include tests, practical assignments, and projects.
Certificate Use: A certificate verifies successful completion of a program, but is not an official license or diploma. FocusForge is not responsible for the recognition of a certificate by employers or other organizations.
8. Changes to Terms of Use
Changes to Terms: FocusForge reserves the right to change these Terms of Use. The updated version will be posted on this page and users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Modification of Services: FocusForge reserves the right to modify programs, add or remove features, or temporarily suspend or terminate access to services. In the event of changes, users may be provided with access to similar or improved programs.
9. Privacy Policy
FocusForge collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Using the platform constitutes acceptance of this policy. In the event of changes to the Privacy Policy, users will be notified and an updated version will be posted on the site.
10. Dispute Resolution
Negotiations: In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to first attempt to resolve it through negotiations.
